Please consider possible inclement weather when placing your Holiday order. A change of delivery address may be impossible up to 24 hours prior to the original scheduled delivery due to the volume of orders received for this holiday. Emma's cannot be responsible if recipient leaves their workplace early, does not show up for work that day, calls out sick, etc ... Emma's only has the ability to deliver to the address provided to us by the sender, if an incorrect address is given Emma's cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery.
Emma's CANNOT PROMISE A TIMED DELIVERY ON THE 13th or 14th of Feb. *Please Do Not ask for a timed delivery, it cannot be considered due to the volume of orders received for this holiday*. NO ORDERS FOR SCHOOLS will be accepted (for students or teachers) on the 13th or 14th due to the closing time of most schools.
When placing your holiday order please have the following: the correct address; name of business, building, condo or apartment complex; along with any suite or unit number; gate code if necessary; a WORKING PHONE NUMBER for the recipient. This information is essential for Emma's to process and deliver your order correctly.
